  Had the worst service ever! I was told wait time was 15-20 minutes and ended up waiting an hour while the store manager, Scott was dinking around and wouldn't help any of us waiting. When it was finally my turn, Josh kept telling me contradicting information of what could be done in the store and online. He didn't help resolve any of my issues nor did the store manager do anything as he stood there watching it all happen. What also made me more mad was the fact that when I finally got help, the store manager then decides to start helping the other customers. I want the district manager or someone from sprint to contact me.
